Short Professional Biography

Amit Berman is a Senior Engineer at Samsung and Adjunct Lecturer at the Electrical Engineering Department, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He received the PhD in Electrical Engineering from Technion at 2013. He is the recipient of several awards, including Hershel Rich Technion Innovation award, HPI fellowship and Intel research award. He held engineering and management positions at Intel and Saifun (start-up acquired by Spansion) during 2003-2009. He authored several international publications in the fields of memory systems and signal processing and holds several pending US patents.
